Birthdays
My birthday package begins with my show
"Circus in a Suitcase"
starring, of course, the birthday girl or boy and their brothers and sisters or friends.
The show combines Juggling, magic and clowning and It keeps the children transfixed in laughter for 45 minutes.
Five minutes before the finale I signal to the hosts to set the table with the birthday treats and to prepare the cake.
On taking my applause I invite the children to partake in the refreshments.
I then set about preparing the second part of the festivities, the
Juggling Playshop.
I bring with me lots of all kinds of colorful juggling equipment with
something for all ages and soon the kids will be playing with it.
Once every thing is set up I reconvene the children
and give a short demonstration of each prop.
I then introduce them to my
Ukulele (mini guitar)
and we begin to
sing birthday songs
as the cake is brought in.
Candles, wishes and smiling faces,
chair raisings and blessings
and then straight into the Juggling Playshop.
I invite our guests to choose a prop and put on the music.
The children already know how much fun juggling is
so they need no encouragement to start playing and adults are often drawn in too.
I show the kids how to do simple tricks and to have fun
and they're still playing when their parents come to collect them.
Each child receives a sculpted balloon.
The birthday girl or boy receives a gift of one of my Juggling products as do the siblings.
The show is suitable for ages 3 - barmitsva.
